Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Good initiative but bad execution

I had properly parked my car in parking area and not touching the road... Beyond the line (Demarcation from the road) and not disturbing the traffic. (Check video by ur officer) but my car was towed and a fine by mcd for rs. 3250 had to be paid. Too heavy challan and no mode of digital payment... Had to trave 1 km by foot in search of atm... New initiative by mcd is to target people following rules. Traffic personnel have better knowledge of no parking areas. They would never challan this type of parking... Added a picture for ur reference.. If i am wrong i am sorry but if i am right and ur officer mr, bharadwaj is wrong refund my challan amount..
