Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — gutter block/overflow

I am residing in nanak pura, south moti bagh (Near moti bagh metro station) in block b, type 4 quarter. Gutter behind quarter number b 95 are filled completely due to which all the gutter water is pushed back from gutter to our quarter sewage system. Please look into this matter as this is causing hygienic issuses and it can create health problems.

I am living in K-1, Mukhram Garden, Chaukhandi Chowk, Tilak Nagar-110018 and there is gutter outflowing from last 15 days. Please help to make it clean to avoid any disease starts from it.
