Dear sir/mam.. My name is jaswant singh, resident of aali village, sarita vihar, new delhi-110076. Gutter are filled with rain water, and water is getting overflow in the street and road. Aali village's people have been suffering from this problem since last 2 days. Gutter sweeper says that it's not my work, my work is only to clean road.
