Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — I am complaining about providing unhygienic condition made by their product on road display

Hi i live in indra vikas colony and the shop keeper total mart has occupied the footpath as well as lane with his display product which causes problem to us. Saying this to the owner mr amardeep he says that he knows big babbus in the mcd and give money to them for this. Because of this we are facing water blockage jam on road and why everyone says i know the higher official in mcd. Please look into this.
Haring the details of total mart too.
