Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — I am complaining about the garbage.

Respected sir/madam
It is inform to you that a garbage is collected near my shop. Its not our garbage.in morning sweeper comes clean other areas but not ours. Whenever ask him to clean it he demands 100rs. When i give he cleans when i don't give he doesn't clean. He got used of taking money. I had called to karol bagh mcd but they gave me negative response. Plz help me, i shall be thankful to you from core of my heart.
