Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — i am complaining regarding havoc made by dogs in our locality

I am a resident of qp block, pitampura, new delhi
Through this complaint of mine i would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the havoc made by dogs in our locality.
Sir the dogs have made a menace in our locality. Specially in the night times it is very hard to even step out of our locality on foot because of the fear of getting bit by the dogs.
I hope you will take a strict action towards our problem. And look into it personally.
