Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — I m complaining about non cooperation of neighbors

I m resident of adarshnagar.. my neighbor us construction new house and during construction all his cement n concerts masala fall in my house due to that our drainage get blocked and despite of requesting him to clean this he is not taking any action.. kindly look into this matter
