Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — i m complaining for mcd peoples regarding stray dogs

Dear sir / mam,

I am living in moujpur ghonda, delhi, near noori line, next to seelampur,
I m very disappointed with the mcd peoples, they are bring the stray dogs and child stray dogs with them for any medical treatments and never drop them back to street. They killed the dogs...

Today they bring with them 4 small male dogs and one mother of them,

I request to you please left them back on the same place.
