There is illegal construction on going of 5th floor at bh 42, east shalimar bagh, delhi. There is no mcd approval of constructing 5th floor at this place. It should be stopped to avoid neighbors also to build similar construction. The purpose of the construction is to make investment income on illegal construction. Owner has been asked not to construct to avoid extra load on the building structure, owner does not care. Thanks
