Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal 5th Floor construction

Sir,
There is an illegal 5th floor construction in my building (E-465, Khadda colony, Jaitpur Ext-2, Umar Masjid Road, Badarpur-ND 44) without any consultation.
Whole construction is done in the night time very silently. After completion the work they did'nt complete the damaged work in the bldg.

There is issue with a dustbin in this area we facing lots of problem for this people are throwing his garbage to a vacant plot of 2nd 60 feet road Gali No 58 in mithapur extension badarpur New delhi. we are already meet with local Councillor Mrs Kasana and loged our complaint many times. Kindly request with you please do something for us
