Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal construction on shaft area

Respected sir/madam,

This is to bring you to the notice that there has been illegal construction already taken in our building without obtaining appropriate permission and consent of other building owner. The said illegal construction is blocking our shaft area which is creating huge difficulty in our building in terms of ventilation. The said illegal construction has been done just below my floor i. E ground floor. I am the owner of first floor flat and the said illegal construction is done by ground floor owner which creating trouble and nuisance to other owner including me. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide us effective relief.
