Dear sir,

We are delhi resident reside at wz-117b, gali no. 8 lajwanti garden, new delhi-110046. This residential building was constructed keeping in mind four floors only i. E. Ground, first, second and third floor by a private builder during 2004-05.

Sir, here i like to bring to your kind notice that the owner of top floor (Iiird floor) is erecting a structure on the roof which is illegal and we feel it is dangerous to other building occupants and neighbours as well because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structure and collapse.

I request your kind intervention to stop the ongoing construction work at the above address at the earliest.
