Illegal construction without taking permission with mcd in baljeet nagar

I would like to inform you that illegal construction activity done in my building illegal constructions flat no. T-385 baljeet nagar nand lal ration wali gali new delhi 110008.

Terrace sold by local property dealer to mr. Avnee (Chemist shopkeeper) and this terrace bought by him on october month and he is already construct floor in less 3 months. He was not taken any permission with delhi mcd.

This building not have any support by (Almost 4 side open) other building and this building was constructed in 2012.

I requested to you please take the immediate action against the occupier and remove the stop illegal construction as soon as possible.

Requested to kindly take the necessary action immediately.
