I Manish Nanda, absolute owner of 13/27, G.F, Old Rajinder Nagar. I want to put to your notice that:-There is Unauthorized and illegal construction going on in 13/27, 3rd Floor, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-60. The owner of third floor is constructing on the terrace of third floor which is not in notice of MCD Authorities. It wii be Technically 5th Floor The building is old and before1990, and weak also. It can damage the construction and in future there can be some unforeseen circumstances also.owner of Third floor, Mr. K. K. Khanna mobile [protected] and his son Mr. Vipin Khanna mobile [protected], not ready to stop illegal construction even after telling them. Please Stop the illegal &unauthrized construction with immediate action as it has been going on from past few months

Have your query about illegal and unauthorized construction for the terrace of 3rd floor, 13/27, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi resolved? I am also facing the same issues with Mr. Kewal K.Khanna and his son Mr. Ankit Khanna as they are both damaging the properties, harassing, causing a nuisance, and harm to other residents of 13/27 along with adjoining buildings.

Alongside, Mr. Ankit Khanna s/o Mr. Kewal. K. Khanna also has a business registered on the flat with a GST Number 07ARXPK2928F1ZE is registered in the trade name INFOCOM WEB NETWORK in Delhi state. Address of INFOCOM WEB NETWORK is 13/27, 3RD FLOOR, OLD RAJINDER NAGAR, Delhi - 110060 and that is also not legal along with non-filing of government taxes.

Both Mr. Kewal. K. Khanna and Mr. Ankit Khanna need to be reported to the nearest police station along with a legal complaint to the Municipal Corporation Of Delhi to provide justice to the residents of the 13/27 and others living near that building.
