Mera name chandan hai or main delhi ke lajwanti garden gali no 1 me rahta hun or yaha roj dogs kisi na kisi ko kat raha hai sab dogs pagal ho chuke hai or kuch din pahle mujpay attact kiya tha nd aj mere 11 year old brother ko kat liya liya jab wo apne tution ke lea ja raha tha esa kab tak chalega koi action kyu nahi liya ja raha hai pls take action emegetly
