Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — increasing number of stray dogs on streets

I am an aspirant of civil services. I have to wake up early in the morning for library at 4:00am. Stray dogs on the street of my colony w. E. A in karol bagh make it harder for me because they start attacking and barking, please send dog squard team, my address is - 4/9 w. E. A karol bagh, near crestinn hotel.
