Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Issuance of LATE BIRTH REGISTRATION

I have submitted my birth certificate on 09/08/2016. But My date of application is showing after complete 8 days when I revisit the MCD office to cross check whether it has done or not. I do not know why they have shifted my date of application.
And till now there is no response.

I have order of magistrate for birth certificate and I submitted that also. I do not know why it is pending with registrar.
