I am ashok Kaul of O-1, Kashmir apartment Pitampura Delhi 110034 and trying to speak to concerned department for the fumigation in our apartment for last three days but the phone is not being attented to and whenever it gets picked up, they hang without speaking. Could you please look into matter and get the fumigation done as the numbers of flats in our society are locked and there is no one to look for the breeding mosquito.
