Respected Sir / Madam,
This is to bring in to your knowledge there is a constant delay in the pension is occurring from past few months and it is very very difficult to make my grandmother understand as she lives alone and pension is her only "SOURCE OF INCOME". She is a pensioner as she was retired in 1999 from "HINDU RAO HOSPITAL" as a "STAFF NURSE"
From past few months, every time we keep on waiting for her pension till 20th - 25th of every month wherever earlier it used to come in the bank account by 4th or 5th of every month. Now it is badly effecting to our household.
Also the clerk responsible for this does not at all respond to us whenever we go to him at MCD's quarters and neither he provides us any contact number also and he is very very rude and never communicate anything by himself.
