Dear Madam / Sir, I am a resident of Bihari Colony, Shahdara and would like to bring in your notice about the menace the stray dogs have created in the streets. It has become a perennial problem due to stray dogs as they keep on barking whole night disturbing people, biting people and choldern crossing by and spreading littering all around the streets.
