sir, I hereby inform you that the dogs are going wild in our society, people are scared and frightened about the dogs attacks, they are bitting anybody and eveybody who so ever is walking down the street, I myself got bitten by one of the dog over here. I request you to please send a dog catcher and help us with this problem. I don't want to live in a society where people are scared to put out the step of the house. i would appreciate if you will do it asap.
