Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Flooding of house in monsoon

My house BP 32 Nizamuddin East, New Delhi, never got flooded in monsoons from 1957 to 2010. Then, possibly for the CWG, tiles were laid on the service lane behind the house raising its level above the ground level of the house, with a slope towards the house. It appears the drainage system was also altered for the CWG. In 2011 and 2013 rain water collected and entered the house during the monsoon causing great damage. Please have the level of the service lane lowered so that it is below ground level of the house and restore drainage system like it was before 2010 so that rain water does not collect there.
