Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Illegal construction

I would like you to check the property in 1002/7, Tota building, Mehrauli - 110030. There is a construction going on which they say they have legalized papers and now they have increased there property by putting illegal balcony to the first and the second floor which is not under their property terms too and when I asked them they said they have legal papers for it. I think they are lieing and making illegal constructions and lieing to the MCD too. Please come over and look intothe case asap.
