Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Illegal/Unauthorized construction on public road

My neighbour who reside in Y-1338, Mangolpuri Delhi-110083, in front of my house has made an illegal construction in front of his house on the public road. Almost half of the road is encroached by him and this has led to verbal dispute between him and my family today (18th june2015). The encroachment has caused restriction to pedestrian and vehicle movement. As this construction is illegal on public property, we want it demolished at the earliest.
