Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that since a week ago, the corporation water coming in our house is very smelly and has a greenish colour.This is not only our problem but the whole line has that problem. Even we can't drink the filtered water.This problem was being faced earlier by all o[censored]s.This happens regularly, after a interval of time.
I shall be obliged if you understand our problem and take strict action against it.
