Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Mosquitoes menace due to AC drain water logging

Currently people in Delhi are battling with increasing deadly diseases due to mosquitoes and water logging. Despite plenty of awareness advertisements few persons are creating place/reason for disease. I am a resident of Street No. 5, Param Puri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059. Person staying at third floor in the fourth house in our street has hanged his AC water drain pipe in air. His AC runs throughout the day and water falls and collects/log on the ground. Neighbors have requested him several times to change the place of pipe but he is very rigid and never listens. Mosquitoes are breeding in that area because there is no place of water drainage at that place. This also causes wet garbage. Please take corrective action against this ASAP to prevent any contingency.
