It shoot an complaint on nov 4 2018, buot so far it's not been even reverted from your side, it clearly shows the way you people treat your customers and their irssues, it's really pathetic circumstance,

This complaint was in regards to my neighborhood who have made a garden on terrace due to which all walter is seeping down due to which all properties built underneath are getting destroyed due to water coming from top,

Kindly take this mail as a last action from my end bcs after this i am going to escalate it further to your senior levels??
