Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — No drainage line outside my house - encroachment by shopkeepers

Dear sir,
I am a resident of l-80, 2nd floor, jagat ram park, laxmi nagar, delhi - 110092
Shopkeepers below my home have encroached the drainage line and have totally blocked drain water flow into sewer and drain.
Request you to help in activating drainage. Line once again as it is causing a serious threat to my house because all drainage water in going below building. It can cause fall of building also
