Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — poisons pollution from construction

I am residing vishram nagar gali no 213, trinagar there is one house under construction from last 6 months and a lot of pollution from the building construction. He covered mostly area of street to build his house all time mess and pollution during ths. Many people suffers n got sick because of this house construction. He didnt cover any sheet or something that dust is not flow in air. Please do something..

A big number of stray dogs are very scary for the whole area since they are biting all people who are roaming around.Please take action ASAP.
