Dear sir/madam. I am a resident of c4b janakpuri. There are more than 15 stray dogs in society which makes life a hell. It becomes very difficult for persons to cross streets alone. Another 10 baby dogs are also there.in three months the progress in their number is 100%. If this situation continues than it will become for kids to play in gardens which will make to leave in this society very difficult. You are requested to kindly take necessary action in time for the betterment of the society.
