Dear sir/mam, I Girish live in TC - 9/9, New Moti Nagar, New Delhi. In TC 9 & B1 block road very serious problem of dogs. There is 8-10 dogs in the area, they are very aggressive & bite small children daily. Please take strict action. To save people & children's. No one can pass through from this lane
