It happened to me five times that i paid property tax online and at the end an error took place. Money debited to my account. The amount never credited means no receipt generated. Nor the amount refunded and credited in my account. Grievance online ask for so much details which in one of the case provided also and it was resolved that i should personally meet the concerned person dealing the matter, even not guided where to go and to whom to meet. Grievance id:27286 dated 31.08.2017 (Edmc) refer in this case. Exact remark under the grievance status now closed is "pls cont resp mcd zone with payment doc for exces apyment". So disgusting. See i do not have any payment doc, only proof i could provide was an unsigned list of bank with the remarks "the mentioned transaction is successful at our end. We are suggesting the customer to takeup the matter with merchant only. Other cases, in the absence of about 5-6 detailed asked on website, i am unable to lodge online grievance with mcd. Is one or two details e. G. Id of property, amount paid and date of payment easily available to customer not enough to lodge and resolve the problem. Is moving personally after payment online to mcd zone not ridiculous. See i have already paid convenience charges also. Was this information helpful? | |||||
