I ankur kumar, resident of plot no.-18, Phase 1A, Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -110059 . i would like to draw your attention in respect of the Street DOG menance in our locality as around 10-15 stray Dogs are creating havoc here in our area and daily we are getting reports of DOG BITES, hence it is very difficult for all o[censored]s to do our outside daily activities, kindly help us by catching these dogs at earliest n helps us from Rabies n other dangerous diseases... Awaiting for your help n assistance
