Sir/madam,
We, the residents of n. D. M. C., housing complex sector-11 rohini, delhi are troubled because of the stray dogs in our complex. Every now and then, they bark and even bite passer bys because of which we are even afraid of going out our homes. This is to request you that please send some dog catchers in our area.
