Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Sewer overflow and back pressure

G52, Bali Nagar sewer has been overflowing for over a month, on the front road of our premises and there is back flow pressure of black sewer watee in G53, Bali Nagar chamber.
Even after the complaint, nothing works.
I rang up the JE but there was no response, may be he was on the way etc.
We all the members of my family have picked allergy and fever from the bad smell emitting and back flow from kheterpal hosp to my end of house to the kitchen drain.
At least some machine should be used and filth sucked in.
We are suffering so take remedial measure to proceed with the needful urgent action.

when tge inspector of sewer line comes, he says it is all dye to too much water in the drains.
