There is a very bad stinking smell of dead dog coming from my neighbourhood house for past 4 to 5 days. The house is half built under construction and locked. The house owner has been informed multiple times but the house owner is not bothered. Request you to please urgently remove the dead body of dog else all nearby families will get ill.
