I submit my complaint earlier also but it seems none of the online system works. its just a show piece in the name of digital india.
I live in tughlakabad extn with cattle all around because of mcd officials who do not like to do any work. it has been more then a decade i am living in this locality i never seen any mcd official taking action against those cattle owners who leaves their cattle on the road to make mess for other people.
Inspite of ban on keeping cattle in delhi region they keep their cattle with help of mcd official without any tension.

I know this complaint will be just a simple complaint for nothing

Iam living near bindapur delhi ..here also the problem of stray cattle. But from the locals i get to know McD officials taking money because of that these officials prior informed the cattle owner before catching these cattles so that owner on raid day hide their cattle...
Why mcd why you are doing this...
My younger brother just escape from accident because of these cattles in last week
