Dear sir, i am a resident of l-block dakshinpuri, new delhi. I would like to bring in your notice that at dakshinpuri l-block valmiki mandir chowk every time multiple cows are found sitting in between the road due to which issue of traffic jam & possibility of any accident condition becomes create. Also these cows spread their dung on the road due to which padestrians faces difficulty & a bad odour always remains there in nearby area of road. These cows also gets inside the colony & spread their dung in front of houses. You are requested to kindly take all these cows in any good gowshala because there owner leaves the cows on road after taking out their milk.
