Respected sir/madam,

I reside in kucha ghasi ram, chandni chowk, where for last 6 months i have noticed an increase in the number of stray dogs. I never observed any difficult since last 24years that i'm living here in this street but now it's becoming very harrassing and challenging for visitors and residents to cope up. Please take action asap!
