Dear sir,
I am resident of b, - u, & v, shalimar bagh, delhi -88.
There are about 20 stray dogs in u&v pocket. Every time they see children they run after them. It has become difficult for children to play or walk outside.
These dogs have also bitten some persons.
So i would request you to take these dogs away from the pocket.
