Dear sir There are quite a few stray dogs on hakikat rai road adarsh nagar who bark and chase every passer by every now and then. They have bitten people in the past and are increasing in number rapidly. Just yesterday they tore away the trouser of one person residing on the same road. D-15 hakikat rai road adarsh nagar delhi 110033. Fortunately there was no dog bite. But it could have been worse. Please do. Something before a big tragedy happens.
