Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — stray dogs menace/young children bitten/neighborhood scared and elderly stuck indoors

Block c4g gate number 2, janak puri, new delhi 110058. Main road dividing c4g and c4d block. Atleast 40 dogs have made it difficult for people to cross from that stretch. They run after bikes and scooters and everyday accidents happen endangering both riders and pedestrians. They target mothers with infants in pram and maids and yesterday bit a young lady who was with her 2 year old boy. The dog poop is all over the road and no mcd worker on duty for cleaning has ever sweeped the vicinity. Last week a 75 year old man was bitten badly on his leg and he was profusely bleeded untill locals took him to hospital. Dogs in groups of 7 to 10 attack the locals and also engage in fights in groups of 20 and more causing night long terror in the minds of neighborhood.
