Address d block lajpat nagar part 1 gopal mandir road and d block park

Nearly 10 to 15 dogs surrounds the d block area and one white dog biting has been reported in the d block park. Daily he is biting kids and adults. Please assist us as it's very difficult now to go outside without being chased by the dogs. They are biting and chasing kids in the are.

People are making illegal speed breaker in our street. It causes many accident and problems for adults. In a small gap there are many breakers. Sometimes if we are in hurry we are not able to go out. Even the whole street is covered with gates.After that also they are making breakers.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible
