Seriously dangerous street dogs This is covney that I filed complaint at MCD regarding 10 to 15 dogs in my in laws Street as they dangerous to people. They have biting the children and passer by regularly but MCD has never responded for over 6Months now. This has been very frustrating and pathetic. MCD should be dissolved!
