Hi my name is vikram kandpal having resident at rz g-6 sita puri part 2 gali no-1 new delhi - 110045, would like to lodge complaint aginst the stree dogs of our area, as these dogs get dangerous sometime infect, they have bite no. Of people in our area and at night they bark like anything. So request you to please take some necessary action.

Dear sir..
There are mad dogs in my colony.. who always barks at people even some times they bite..
In night we can't go out of our house. Dogs making their terror in whole colony.
