We the resident of paschim puri having market in pocket 3, near barat ghar and ration office which has toilet without water connection thus spreading smell and infection all over.. It's also against the drive of government of swach bharat. The toilet also been locked by one shopkeeper and not allowing people in need to go.. Most of the children and women are suffering and not visiting the market to avoid harassment.. Kindly do the needful.. Your early action will highly be appreciated. Thanks harit
