Occupant of third floor is constructing an illegal construction of room at terrace at 4 th floor level. Repeatedly complaint to mcd helpline but they are not taking any action. Request you take immediate action against the construction of room. It is an independent floor building comprising of already built of four floors. Still another floor will be additional problem to the existing old building
