Dear sir,

We are resident of house no. Rzh 417, street no. 8 & 9, raj nagar-ii, palam colony, new delhi. We buy flats from builder last year. The builder done unathorised construction at ground floor parking area as per our registry the plot size is 100 gaj and it will be divided in 8 flats 12.5 gaj with land right. Four floors already constructed in this building upper ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd and 3rd floor. You are requested to please instruct the concern official to remove the unauthorised construction from parking area.
