Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Unauthorised/illegal construction on terrace of JG 12 khirki extn Malviya Nagar

Respected sir/madam,
Kindly excuse my encroachment in your precious time for sympathetic consideration for the following facts that:-

I Ram babu R/O JG 12 FLAT NO 15 khirki extn Malviya Nagar N.D-17. sir I am a disabled person.

Mr. Wasim Khan Gauri who is a local builder and criminal of Hauz Rani New Delhi. He have done illegal/unauthorised construction on above my floor, by virtue of which my roof as well as walls having cracks. There is no support on rear portion of the said illegal construction. So there is fear of falling the roof.
Which is constructed without any approval sanction plan & it is against the plan of building by law.
I think MCD Staff and the builder has joined hands with the senior officers of building department. That's why no action has been taken.
There was complaint done in high court of Delhi, then MCD sent the notice for demolition, still no action has been taken.

A mere action was taken by the officers. It is presumed that it is an eyewash & can be repaired soon. It also seems that the concerned MCD Staff is involved in this illegal construction, as they are not taking proper action.

It is therefore requested that illegal construction of the building should be demolished completely as early as possible.
I humbly request you to kindly look into the whole matter take every necessary and strict action against the builder.
