To, The deputy commissioner, South delhi municipal corporation New delhi 7th july 2019 Subject: ilegal construction on 2nd floor terrace. Dear concerned, Our building is situated at j-block house no. 137 and its about 40-45 years old. We are the dwellers of the first & second floor of the same building. There is some illegal construction going on our building by the owner of ground floor on the terrace. We would like to raise a complaint request to your construction department to keep a check on the building since such illegal construction may impose a huge load on the whole building leading to destruction of some parts. Already there are some cracks in our building and heavy amount of dampness in the staircase area & 2nd floor walls. We are raising this issue since we would like to take a stay on the building as soon as such illegal construction takes, thus its a humble request to you consider the issue at utmost priority. Thanks & regards, Was this information helpful? | |||||
